Graystone is a charming, established neighborhood in Northern Loomis. Bordered by King and Humphrey Roads and Kathy Way, it consists primarily of wide streets and cul-de-sacs lined with family homes.
Houses here were built in the late 60s through the 80s and had been maintained and updated with care throughout the years. Yards are spacious and manicured, and towering trees give the neighborhood a lush, welcoming appearance.
Sunrise Loomis Park, with playgrounds, trails, basketball court and baseball field is the epicenter of the community. Numerous dining and shopping amenities surround the area, including local coffee shops, curio shops and nurseries, as well as churches and schools (H. Clark Powers Elementary and the acclaimed Del Oro High).
Also nearby is Loomis Basin Brewing, the 90-acre Traylor Ranch Nature Reserve and Bird Sanctuary, McLaughlin Theatre Company, and Extreme Gymnastics and Cheer, which offers classes and camps for kids of all ages.
