Manuel Prado has been in the Real Estate business for over 15 years. He has been involved in residential sales, apartments and in land. Manuel has been recognized as a top lister, and top producer. Manuel also has extensive experience in the entitlement process where he worked with Centex Homes, Forecast Homes; KB Homes in Southern as Well as Northern California and were he had to negotiate with various groups, including government agencies, community groups and individuals.
Manuel was also involved in representing Banks with their non-performing properties and consulting with them as to the potential for the development and sale of Bank owned properties
Manuel has been involved in community affairs and he was a trustee with the Livermore Valley Joint Unify School District for over seventeen years, Chairman of the Regional Occupation Program and the Tri Valley Special Education. Manuel was also President of the Alameda County Trustee Association. Manuel has a BS in Aeronautical Engineering and a MS in Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. Manuel holds a Professional Engineering and a Real Estate License.
